Your information vault contains the emergency instructions list. To access it, open the "Emergency Instructions" section, then click on the Edit List button:




You will see the emergency instructions page. The first field contains a text message that will appear in the header of the email. To update the message, edit the text, and click the Update button:


You can quickly build your list using a template. Click the Use Wizard button on the left. You will see the page that will guide you through several pages containing predefined item templates:


Select items that relevant to you and click next. If the page does not have any relevant items, you can skip it. At the end of the guide click the Update List button and everything you selected will be added to your list.


The items added by the Wizard will appear in italic:


To edit an existing item, click the edit icon on the right. To add a new item to your list, click the Add button on the left.  You will see the following page:


Click Update to save your changes. To remove the item, check the "To Remove this item" checkbox and then click Update.


Click the Back to Profile button to return to your profile.
